The Credit Union
Difference
Credit Unions live by the motto, "Not
for profit, but for service." Unlike other financial institutions, we
are owned and controlled by the members we serve. Therefore, we return our
operating earnings to members in the form of higher rates on savings,
lower rates on loans and new products and service offerings. Our objective
is member service, not profit!

Who Can Join?
Membership to the Credit Union is open to all persons who live,
work, worship, or attend school in, and businesses and other
legal entities located in the counties of Kennebec or Somerset,
Maine. Also included are volunteers in the community,
members of the immediate family or household of any of the above
and any organizations of such persons. And the best part is
"once a member, always a member."
